TSG Brings Top Golf to South Carolina as part of New Mixed-Use Community

Situated on 13.5 acres in the northwest corner of the site, Topgolf offers competitive golfing games for all ages and skill levels with advanced technology to track every player’s shots.  The three-level facility includes 72 climate-controlled hitting bays that can host up to six players at one time and ample private event space.  The facility will be located immediately adjacent to the interchange alongside CubeSmart that is currently under construction.  Topgolf expects to open Summer 2019.

“Three additional parcels are available for sale or ground lease,” continues Misiaveg.  The team of Misiaveg and The Shopping Center Group’s Senior Leasing Advisor Darrell Palasciano is currently pursuing restaurants, hotel chains, complementary entertainment venues, retail and office to complete Phase I.

Nearly 130,000 residents with an average household income of nearly $91,000 reside within a five-mile radius making this one of the most affluent sub-markets in the Upstate.  Additionally, a daytime population of more than 87,000 consumers strengthens this commercial node where approximately 131,000 vehicles travel the Interstate daily.  Between 2015-2016, the Census Bureau ranked Greenville the fourth fastest growing city in the United States.  Today, it is ranked as one of the top 10.
